Along with usual verbal communication, there is also an energetical dialogue. For example sick people and pessimists are taking energy like vampires. They have problems with gaining energy. Doctors and leaders are unconscious energy donors. They say it is necessary to put up a defense and not to waste energy, but in fact, it is much more effective and humane to learn how to restore energy leakage by doing our exercises. It is more dangerous when a person is given a lot of energy. Infarction, stroke, hypertension can be the consequences of these overloads.
